I just recently tried my first cashew based sauce and I totally loved it. This is what the sauce looks like without soaking. Are you thinking in place of the almond milk? I am going back on an oil free, plant based diet due to inspiration from Dr. Michel Gregor and the recent I Thrive series. I don’t think that would work, personally.
